The leading edge on the GP has a unique side profile with Reflex curve built in. The Reflex helps you load up your kite for tricks and gives amazing slack line feel just after you pop. The Reflex also means we can extend the center strut forward, giving you more lift area for better jumping, low end power and even improved upwind ability.

Every rider can perfectly tune the handling and power delivery of their GP C-kite to match their riding style. With Twin Tune you can effortlessly switch between newschool and wakestyle settings. Twin Tune gives you multiple front and rear attachment point options so you can dial in more pop, better upwind ability and more responsive handling for competition heats or detune your GP for practicing your latest tricks.

The leading edge of every GP is stitched with a new needle, one needle per leading edge. Replacing the needle for every new GP LE ensures a more accurate stitch with smaller needle holes and a stronger final construction. It might cost a little more to do it this way but it's the best way to build a kite.

If you want the fastest turning and most direct feedback from your kite then you need to be as directly connected to it as possible. With the GP C-kite your flying lines connect directly to the wingtips and leading edge. There areno bridles, no sliders or pulleys.All you get is pure performance and amazing feedback at the bar.

The GP comes with its own dedicated 5th Line GP-Bar, built to handle abuse. An 8mm, spliced centerline is the strongest in the business. A new Sacrifice Insert System allows you to replace the low friction bar inserts so that your depower line can last season after season. We’ve beefed up the QR cuff for more strength and to reduce the likelihood of accidental releases. We’ve also added a 5th line safety to the Red-line, so you can be sure your kite will spend all its time in the air and not in the water during your heat.

The GP has multiple layer LE attachment points reinforcements, which are applied to the inside of the LE. This provides best possible load distribution and eliminates any risk of fraying Dacron edges.

Kevlar reinforced, abrasion resistant leading edge elbow patches provide greater resistance against handling and launch/land damage.

All the leading edge and the strut joints on your kite are 3D shaped and constructed with a Kevlar material. There is no better way to connect the leading edge to the struts. Our construction gives the lightest and most durable inflatable kite structure available, yielding a kite with exceptional performance and easy handling for riders of all abilities.

Crashing your kite is a fact of life. That's why the perimeter of each canopy segment in every Best kite is supported with a unique reinforcement zone: isolating the canopy from impact and crash loads. CFT now uses even stronger mark cloth reinforcement directly between the struts and the canopy, enhancing the strength of your kite without adding unnecessary weight. CFT is a unique approach to distributing shock loads, and the effective transfer of TE tension, across the canopy of your kite and you'll only find it on Best kites.

The tip-to-tip leading edge seam on all of our kites is triple stitched and the inside is fully taped with a Mark cloth strip for maximum strength. All internal barrel seams are smooth-taped to protect the bladders from any ridges of stitching. The Load Flex Seam design provides additional support to the leading edge helping to provide maximum strength and stability to your kite.

Our Flat Pack LE barrel seams contribute to the strongest LE construction we've ever made. Removing the overlap between segments has created a stronger and lighter LE construction with enhanced stiffness and torsion load handling for even greater responsiveness and durability.

The GP canopy receives 3D injection molded scuff pads to provide maximum protection in self launch situations.
